These Terms apply to your use of the attachment style quiz and reports at tendlyquiz.com (the "Service"), operated by Kostiantyn Khodos, sole proprietor, prosp. Serhiia Nigoiana 19, apt. 31, Dnipro 49030, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and what it is not

The Service offers a quiz about attachment styles in relationships, a free summary, and an optional paid personal report.

The Service is for self-reflection and personal interest only. It is not psychological, medical, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our quiz is not a validated clinical assessment. Do not use it to make decisions about your health or safety.

If you are struggling with your mental health, or if a relationship feels unsafe, please contact a qualified professional. 2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your results

Results are generated automatically from your answers. They describe general tendencies and may not fully reflect you. We make no promise that the Service will produce any particular outcome in your relationships.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no automated access, no attempts to break or overload it, no copying or reselling our content.

5. Purchases, trials, and subscriptions

Paid reports are not available yet. No payments are taken today. This section will apply once they launch.

• Offer: $1.99 today for 7-day access to your full report, then $29.99 every 4 weeks until you cancel. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location; the final price is shown before you pay.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial and every 4 weeks after that, and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• How to cancel: email hello@tendlyquiz.com or use the cancel link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Reminders: we will email you 24–48 hours before your first full-price charge.
• Refunds: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full (30-day money-back guarantee).
• EU / UK right of withdrawal: you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. When you buy, you ask us to give you immediate access to your report and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins.
• Payment processing: payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record and may have its own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The quiz, texts, reports, and design belong to us. You may use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend the Service at any time. You can stop using it at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
