This Privacy Policy explains how Tendly ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you take our attachment style quiz at tendlyquiz.com (the "Service").
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Kostiantyn Khodos, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine, prosp. Serhiia Nigoiana 19, apt. 31, Dnipro 49030, Ukraine. We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What we collect

We do not ask about your health, medical history, or past trauma. Your quiz result describes relationship tendencies for self-reflection; it is not a diagnosis.
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. How we use your data and on what legal basis
- To give you your result and the summary you asked for — performance of our service to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To send you tips, updates, and offers by email — only if you tick the consent box (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To measure and improve the Service and our ads (for example, how many people finish the quiz) — your consent for non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)) where required by law, otherwise our legitimate interest in running the Service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations (tax, accounting) — Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c).
4. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your quiz answers, your attachment style, or your scores with advertising platforms. Advertising partners only receive a neutral signal that someone finished a step (for example, "quiz completed"), without your answers or result.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use: - Essential cookies — to make the quiz work and remember your progress. These do not need consent. - Analytics and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API) — to see which ads bring people to the quiz and to measure steps of the funnel. In the EU, EEA, and UK, these are only used if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the quiz footer.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service and who process it on our behalf:

We may also disclose data if required by law.
7. International transfers
Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred from the EU, EEA, or UK, we rely on the provider's safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. How long we keep your data
- Quiz answers and result: up to 12 months after your last visit, then deleted or anonymized.
- Email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never consented to marketing, we delete it 90 days after sending your summary.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: - access the data we hold about you, or get a copy; - correct it; - delete it; - restrict or object to how we use it; - move it to another service (data portability); - withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew).
Email hello@tendlyquiz.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell your personal information. We do not share quiz answers or results for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your data. No online service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the Service.
